How to Sort within the Directors’ Report

Sorting within the Directors' Report is possible at the 'area' level and also at the 'section' level within an 'area'.

To sort at the 'area' level, open the Financial Statements and complete the following steps:

  1. Right click on any main heading, and select Configure | Sort Notes Under [heading name] > Sort Current Level to display the Manual Section Sort dialogue.

  2. Select the relevant 'area', and click the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reorder it.

  3. Click the OK button.

Complete the following steps:

  1. Launch the Manual Section Sort dialogue by either:

    1. Right clicking on the main heading that contains the sections (e.g. directors' notes) to be sorted, and selecting Configure | Sort Notes Under [heading name] > Sort Level Below.

      OR/

    2. Right clicking on any 'section' heading, and selecting Configure | Sort Notes Under [heading name] > Sort Current Level.

  2. Select the relevant 'section', and click the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reorder it.

  3. Click the OK button
