How to Prevent Columns for a Specific Row from printing?

To prevent data for specific columns within a row from printing, open the Financial Statements and complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the specific row within the table

  2. From the ribbon select Table Tools | in the Row Properties group > Print.

  3. In the Row Print Options dialog, untick the checkboxes of the columns that are not required to be printed.

  4. Click OK.

  5. An alternative method would be to right click on the specific row, select Row properties and choose Print Options.

The columns within the row that have been selected to not display only will turn blue within the financial statements document and not be included in the printed version of the financial statements.
