How to embed linked documents into the client directory?

This FAQ illustrates a feature which copies externally linked documents on the Document Manager into the client directory.

Please follow the steps below to achieve this:

  1. From the Tools tab, select Maintenance. The 'Maintenance Wizard' screen will appear.
  2. Tick Manage Document Links and click Next
  3. Tick Copy selected document links into the client directory. All short cuts within the Document Manager will be selected.
  4. Click NextCaseWare will then display a list of all the documents which will be copied to the client directory.
  5. Click Finish. The documents will be copied into the client directory.
