Why can’t I see certain documents on my Document Manager?
Documents may no longer appear on the document manager if a user has applied a Document filter.
For example, in the image below we can see a representation of a document manager with no filter.
However, if we look at the same document manager with a personal filter applied we can see the three-word documents have disappeared from the bottom of the folder.
How do I turn off a Document Filter?
From the ribbon, select View tab| in the Filter area | Filter by > None. This will restore all documents within the document manager.
Note: Depending on the filter applied, external documents may not be displayed if they are added to a filtered document manager.
