Why is my Financial Statement not synchronising any changes automatically?
If your financial statement is the only document not synchronising any changes made between you and your colleagues, it is likely that the settings on your financial statements are not made to sync automatically.
To set it to sync automatically, follow the steps below.
1.In the Document Manager, right click on FSIFRS - Financial Statements.
2.Select on Properties.
3. Under Synchronisation tab, make sure that the Document Synchronisation Frequency is set on Default (Automatic).
