An engagement file that a firm administrator or user has created to base other engagement files on. Examples could include Master Engagement Files for Large Companies, Small Companies, Clubs, SMSFs. This is an optional process.
QuickBooks Export Utility
In QuickBooks 2008 version, there was a complete restructure of the database, consequently making the direct import into CaseWare Working Papers not work. In response, CaseWare have developed the QuickBooks Export Utility in order to extract data from QuickBooks.
The CaseWare Repository is a feature added to the software in 2011, which works as a location for storage, or preservation of CaseView scripts. The Repository is currently being used in the Audit System template to reduce the need to have scripts in every CaseView document - Rather have the same script feeding into the appropriate CaseView document via the Repository.

SmartSync (A specific Working Papers version) is a file synchronization system that can support several people working on a single Working Papers client file, simultaneously. SmartSync enables a team to work independently while providing each member with instant updates on work completed by other members. Each member is a part of a tree hierarchy and connected to each other through a shared copy of the client file. From this shared copy each user can create their own copy of the client file and work independently of others. SmartSync automatically sends updates to the shared copy as you work.
